Because of how well he did in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Afridi is now the best player in one-day internationals (ODIs). The 23-year-old fast bowler has gained seven points, putting him at the top of the ICC ODI rankings.

Josh Hazelwood of Australia and Mohammed Siraj of India are in second and third place, respectively. Shaheen took 100 wickets in the ODI against Bangladesh on Tuesday, making him the fastest fast bowler to do so. Meanwhile, Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan, has stayed at the top of the batting ranks.
Another Indian player, Shubman Gill, is only two points behind him. Shane has 816 points and Babar has 818 points. Fakhar Zaman, on the other hand, has moved up and is now in 14th place, while Imam-ul-Haq is now in 11th. At the same time, fast bowler Haris Rauf moved up five points in the standings. He is now in 26th place. Wasim Jr. has moved up 18 points and is now in 56th place.
