India beat Sri Lanka easily in the final of the Asia Cup 2023 on Sunday. They first held the hosts to only 50 runs, and then they chased them down quickly to win their eighth Asia Cup. However, India’s Mohammad Siraj blew away the hosts by getting six wickets, four of which came in a single over, while giving up only 21 runs. Rain held up the start of the game for 40 minutes.

The fall started when Kusal Perera was taken out by Jasprit Bumrah in the first over of the game.
