Shahid Afridi, Pakistan’s former flashy captain, talked about how fast bowler Haris Rauf’s form was getting worse and how he needed to get help. Afridi told a local news station that Rauf shouldn’t be pushed to the sidelines and that he should instead get the help and guidance he needs to get back on track.

Afridi stressed how important it was to see Rauf’s promise and how he had helped the team succeed in the past.

“Haris Rauf seems to be having trouble with his bowling right now, and I’m not sure what’s going on.” As of right now, he needs honest help and the advice of more experienced people so that we don’t totally ignore him, Afridi said.

“Some of his performances for Pakistan have been great.” When that kid plays longer-form cricket, he will get even better. His hitting will get better on its own when he plays four-day cricket, but for now, he needs our help, he said.

Rauf’s performance has gotten worse since the 2023 World Cup, and he seems to be having a hard time in season 9 of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He gave up 38 runs in three overs in the first game against Islamabad United. In the second game against Quetta Gladiators, he got a wicket but let 47 runs go.

The ninth season of the PSL is now underway, and teams are working hard to win the coveted prize. The event has already had four games, and the Quetta Gladiators are currently in first place with two wins. The top four sides in PSL 9 will move on to the playoffs after the last few games.
