The verbal battle started in the seventh over of a match that Pakistan had to win. After Rizwan hit Jansen for a four on the fifth ball of the over, the two talked to each other. In their World Cup match against South Africa, who was in good form, Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam won the toss and chose to bat.
After winning their first two games, Pakistan has lost their last three. Hasan Ali, a fast bowler, had to be left out because he has a fever.
