As a wicketkeeper-batsman, Mohammad Rizwan has equaled Dhoni’s record of 39 catches in a year in T20 cricket. The former Indian captain had taken 39 catches in a year in 2016.

Mohammad Rizwan along with Babar Azam had won the match against India unilaterally. In this match, Rizwan had played an innings of 79 runs while it was also the biggest partnership in the match against India in which 152 runs were scored. In which strong rivals like India, New Zealand, and Afghanistan have been defeated.
