Shaheen Afridi, Pakistan’s best fast bowler, became the fastest fast bowler to get 100 wickets in one-day internationals (ODI) on Tuesday. Thus, it was when he did it against Bangladesh in an ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 match.

Shaheen made his 100th target, Tanzid Hasan, when he was caught LBW on the fifth ball of Bangladesh’s first over. In 51 games, the left-handed bowler got the job done. It beat Mitchell Starc of Australia’s team, who had done it in 52 games.The fastest Pakistani bowler to get 100 wickets was Saqlain Mushtaq, who did it in 53 games. So, Shaheen now has 102 wickets.
