Imad Wasim creates T20 history
You may remember that Imad Wasim quit international cricket last month. He has chosen to play in franchise games around the world. Earlier this month, he played for the Deccan Gladiators in the T10 League. It surprised a lot of people when Imad retired, because the left-handed all-rounder is still in great shape and played well in Pakistan’s last T20I series against New Zealand.
He was also one of the best players in Season 8 of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The left-handed batter scored 404 runs in 10 games, with an average of 134.66 and a strike rate of 170.46. He also took nine wickets with the ball. Imad also joined Islamabad United ahead of season nine in one of the biggest deals in the history of the PSL. Hasan Ali joined Karachi Kings, and Imad joined them.
