English Board Chief (ECB) Executive Tom Harrison and Deputy Chairman Martin Darlow visited the Pakistan Cricket Board. According to Pakistan Cricket Board, senior officials of the English Cricket Board met Chairman PCB Rameez Raja in Lahore.

It is likely that Tom Harrison, chairman of the English Cricket Board, in a meeting with the chairman of the PCB, has assured a full tour of the England team next year. Earlier in September this year, relations between the two boards were strained. After England canceled a tour of Pakistan after New Zealand. Due to which the ECB chief has come to Pakistan to establish relations with the Pakistan Cricket Board.
It is to be noted that the New Zealand Cricket Board had announced the abrupt end of the tour of Pakistan. It was done shortly before the start of the first ODI of the series in mid-September. Citing security concerns, after which the series between the two teams was postponed. The England Cricket Board had also canceled the scheduled tour of Pakistan after New Zealand canceled the tour.
