The final over, bowled by Mohammad Nawaz of Pakistan, is being cited as an example of a crucial moment that could have changed the outcome of the game. India needed to score only seven more runs to win. On the very first delivery, Nawaz got rid of Ravindra Jadeja, giving the team hope of winning. With Hardik Pandya at the plate after he hit a single on the following pitch. Three right-arm quicks, one legspinner, and one left-arm spinner (Nawaz) made up Pakistan&#8217;s bowling assault, all of whom performed admirably. Arthur believes that Nawaz could have taken more wickets and put India in jeopardy if they had sent a right-handed batsman instead of Jadeja and if his spell had lasted.
