On Tuesday, the West Indies began a hard training session at Multan Cricket Stadium ahead of the January 25–29 second Test against Pakistan. After the first Test loss, the team worked hard on fielding and catching drills to improve.
After losing the first match by 127 runs, the West Indies hope to recover. Batting against Pakistan’s spin-heavy attack, they lost by 123 runs. Pakistan’s Sajid Khan won the player of the match after taking four wickets in the second innings and a total of 9/115. Six and seven wickets from Noman Ali and Abrar Ahmed were also important.
On the eve of the second Test, the West Indies are regrouping and planning to win the series.
