Four Super 8 qualifiers—India, England, West Indies, and Australia—have won the World Cup. Super 8 matches will be contested in Antigua and Barbuda (four), Barbados (three), Saint Lucia (three), and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (two). See all fixtures here. Each team plays every other team in its group once, with the top two teams in each group qualifying for the semi-finals in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana on 26 and 27 June.
Teams and Fixtures for Super 8 stage at T20 World Cup 2024
The Super Eight stage begins in Antigua on Wednesday, June 19, at 10h30 with USA vs. South Africa. That night in Saint Lucia, West Indies play England, ancient foes. Recent years have seen the co-hosts dominate England at home in cricket.
A limited number of Party-Stand tickets for the final are available in a bundle with Super 8 matches in Barbados. You must buy a Party-Stand ticket for one of the three Super 8 matches at Kensington Oval to get one for the final.
Super 8 qualifiers are:
- Group A: India and USA
- Group B: Australia and England
- Group C: West Indies and Afghanistan
- Group D: South Africa and Bangladesh
The eight teams will be divided into two groups:
- Group A: India, Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh
- Group B: USA, England, West Indies, South Africa
