The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is going to be an exciting event, and as the countdown started, the organizers chose the famous former Pakistan captain and all-rounder Shahid Afridi to be an ambassador for the tournament.

Yuvraj Singh from India, Chris Gayle aka “Universe Boss,” and Usain Bolt, who is the fastest man in the world, are also stars of the big event.
In 2009, Afridi led Pakistan to victory in the T20 World Cup. In 2007, he was a key part of their run to the final.
He said, “The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is an event that is very close to my heart.” “Being Player of the Tournament in the first tournament and winning the trophy in 2009 are two of the best moments in my career that happened on this stage.”

In 2009, Afridi was also named Player of the Match in both the semi-final match against South Africa and the final match against Sri Lanka.
