PCB delays National Men’s U19 tournaments indefinitely

The National Under-19 Three-Day Championship and One-Day Cup were indefinitely postponed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on their opening day. The PCB confirmed that the National Under-19 Three-Day Championship matches, scheduled to begin today (Tuesday), have been postponed. The championship included three-day matches and the Under-19 One-Day Cup. PCB says tournaments are postponed indefinitely owing to “unavoidable circumstances”.

The PCB announced after the first day of the three-day competition. Official records will not cover today’s play at several centers, sources said. Events will restart with revised schedules. Remember that 18 regional teams from 16 regions competed nationally to demonstrate their talent. Three-day matches were followed by One-Day matches in the competition.

The 18 regional teams were split into 3. After one-day matches, the best clubs from each group competed in a three-day final league. Three-day champions Peshawar and one-day champions Karachi Whites are defending their titles.
