According to sources, the administration agreed to reschedule the game due to the possibility of a clash in Rawalpindi. Therefore, the West Indies team is expected to arrive in Multan on June 5. Despite political turmoil in the nation’s capital, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) requested federal government guidance on Tuesday to establish the status of the West Indies series. Also, it is set to begin on June 8 at the Pindi Stadium. Thus, the three-match ODI series is part of the World Cup qualification round for 2023.
