Inzamam-ul-Haq revelation about Bob Woolmer
Earlier, Inzamam-ul-Haq had made a statement quoting Bob Woolmer on which he was facing criticism. Former national cricket team captain and chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq has clarified his statement regarding former Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer’s conversion to Islam. “We were in the West Indies and we were busy practicing the last match we played there. It was very hot so Mushtaq Ahmed and Bob Woolmer were standing in a tent”.
Inzamam-ul-Haq said that the deceased had asked how Muslims are. To which we told him that they perform ablution (ghusal) and recite the word. He said that Mushtaq recited Karma to Bob Woolmer and the deceased first asked him to recite it slowly and then he repeated the word after hearing it.
The former Pakistani captain said that now only religious scholars will be able, to tell the truth. It is still unknown whether he had entered the realm of Islam in this way or not. and whether he can be counted among the Muslims but it is a fact that he has read the kalma.
