Sunday, India’s women beat Pakistan in a Group A match that was interrupted by rain at Edgbaston Stadium. With the win, Pakistan was kicked out of the Games. The game started late, so each team only had 18 overs. Pakistan won the coin toss and chose to bat first. The Pakistanis only got 99 runs, and India bowled them out in their second innings.
