Pakistan is having a great day at the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. In their third game on Wednesday, the Pakistani men’s ice hockey team beat Scotland by a score of 3-2. After New Zealand beat them 4-1 in their last game, Pakistan came back with a great effort. In the first quarter of the game, Scotland was way ahead of the other team. Cammy Golden scored the first goal of the game for Scotland in the ninth minute.
This put pressure on the other team. Pakistan was ahead 2-0 in the game after scoring two goals in quick succession in the second quarter. In the 22nd minute, Afraz tied the game with a goal. After exactly one minute, Abdul Shahid scored the game’s second goal. In the second quarter, Pakistan kept their lead and ended up winning the game 2-1.
